The Third Annual Holyoke Winter Carnival – A 10-day city-wide celebration of winter-themed festivities. The community-driven celebration will bring together diverse community groups for a week and a half long series of winter art and entertainment events that enriches the cultural, economic, and social vitality of the City of Holyoke.
