After the Ball at City Hall, the Monsters will be released to haunt Heritage State Park for the 3rd annual Creature Crawl. At dusk, fall foliage will be ceremoniously dropped into the water initiating a petrifying parade along the Canal Walk. The parade route will feature music and performers as well as food, games, and art activities; concluding with enchanted rides on the historic merry-go-round.
