Victory Updates

PHASE 1 of the Victory Theatre Project Restoration
Curran Construction Company cleared 134 Chestnut Street in preparation for the
construction of the expansion of the Victory Theatre. The 134 Chestnut St. property on the north side of the Victory will be replaced with a new 14,500sq ft. connecting Annex designed by DBVW Architects.
The expansion will house essential services:
• facilities
• management
• technical
• dressing rooms
• offices
• loading dock space
These enhancements could not be accommodated in the theater's historic footprint, but are critical to make the Victory a state-of-the-art 21st-century theater.
The Victory Theatre project will restore and reopen the historic theater as a regional performing arts center, bringing Broadway and international touring shows and festivals to the region.
