Stephen J. Adams

Steve Adams helps innovation-minded civic leaders craft and implement solutions to complex social, economic and fiscal challenges facing communities. He is an experienced and entrepreneurial economic development executive with expertise leading nonprofit organizations that empower undervalued communities and individuals.

For over 20 years Steve has led, managed and participated in public/private collaborations aimed at leveraging market forces and the public interest to meet the needs of disadvantaged businesses, individuals and communities.  Steve received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen’s University at Kingston, Ontario, Canada and a master’s in public administration from Pennsylvania State University.
