About the Event

We invite everyone in the community to attend, engage, and become an active part of this exciting chapter in Holyoke's cultural history!

Join us on May 14, 2025, from 6:00-7:30 PM at the Holyoke Public Library’s Community Room to connect with neighbors and hear about the vision and progress of this transformative project. Enjoy refreshments, come ask questions, and get to know MIFA, the organization behind this exciting initiative.

MIFA aims to transform the Victory Theatre into the region's leading performing arts center. The Victory, a 1,600-seat theater that opened in 1920, is the only Broadway-sized venue in the region. Located in the center of downtown Holyoke, the future state-of-the-art theater will amplify Holyoke as an Arts and Cultural destination. Planned year-round performances featuring a mix of Broadway productions, international touring companies, exciting regional events, and educational partnerships will boost economic growth, tourism, and arts accessibility.
