Fleur Kuhta
Administrative Assistant
During her time at MIFA, Ms. Kuhta has served as administrator for over ten productions, including several Victory Players residencies (Holyoke, MA); collaborations with the Emily Dickinson Museum (Because I Could Not Stop, An Encounter with Emily Dickinson); Villa Albertine (Portrait of Ludmilla as Nina Simone, David Lescot and Never 21, Smaïl Kanouté); and Brooklyn Academy of Music (Play With Time). She works part-time at Ensemble for the Romantic Century and spends her weekdays as the Administrative Assistant for MIFA’s front office.
Ms. Kuhta is a graduate of UMass Amherst (’23, Honors College Scholar of Greatest Distinction), and a recipient of the AES Certificate in Arts Management (Fall ’22). She has also studied at Stanford University Online High School, The Performing Arts Project (Blueprint & Panorama), and Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
From her time at UMass, her favorite credits include performing in Wole Soyinka’s The Bacchae of Euripides (directed by Iya Judyie Al-Bilali); coordinating & marketing for Flamingo Murmuration (created by Professor Anya Klepikov); and, as her senior thesis, producing, directing, and performing in Kander & Ebb’s Cabaret. As a graphic designer, Ms. Kuhta has designed over fifteen posters for the UMass Theater Department and UMass Theatre Guild (including The Rights of Spring, WITCH, and The Rocky Horror Show).
