Convenient online ticketing is now available for the 2007-2008 season.

Print your tickets at home
After you place your ticket order online, you can print out your eTickets immediately on your own computer, 24/7. No more waiting for them to arrive by mail or waiting in line to pick them up at the theater.

No added fees
Your ticket price is the same whether you buy online, by phone, or at the door. All major credit cards are accepted.

Tickets can be reissued or transferred
Your eTickets can be reissued if you lose them, or transferred to someone else if you are giving them as a gift.

Here's how it works
The eTicket you print on your computer, on a regular piece of paper, has an encrypted barcode on it for security. When you arrive at the theater, the eTicket barcode is scanned to allow admittance.

Prefer to buy by phone or at the door?
No problem. You can still order tickets by calling toll-free 877 772-5425. Tickets can also be purchased at the door.

At our Holyoke office
Tickets can also be purchased in person at the MIFA office on the third floor of 56 Suffolk Street in Holyoke, MA, from 10:00am to 5:00pm. It is wise to call and let us know that you are coming.
Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted at this location.

ABOUT YOUR TICKETS

Please note that tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE

MIFA is not responsible for lost tickets. Please keep your tickets in a safe place! If you do lose them, please call toll-free 877 772-5425 or click on this link to have them reissued.

If you find that you cannot use your tickets, please let us know. We can often donate such tickets to local non-profit groups working with clients who could not afford the tickets otherwise. Please note again that we regret that we can't refund your money.
